Second Floor

Single room on the second floor in the original servants quarters of the former Malting House dating back to 1740.  Has an ensuite with a bath (and shower attachment). The suite occupies the top floor of the oldest part of the house. Nice views through dormer windows overlooking the garden at the rear.  Due to restricted head height ideally suited to those under 6 feet!  Feel the character!

Twin room, identical to the Lydden room (a mirror image in fact), on the second floor across a small landing except with twin beds. 

Rear of Property (separate entrance)

A spacious ground floor double room, ensuite shower room overlooking the rear garden

A spacious first floor double room + adjoining single room, separate provite shower/bath room overlooking the rear garden

The house is set in about half an acre of garden at the rear which is accessible to guests at their own risk
